ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
PRI warmly welcomes junior high school completers, high school graduates, college transferees, second coursers, foreign applicants, and post graduate degree applicants in its campuses. All campuses take pride in their staff who are able to provide personalized assistance, fast, and efficient admissions procedures on-campus and even online.
The following requirements must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office before admission to any academic program:
FOR FIRST YEAR LEVEL:
Secure an application form from the Administration Office at the ground floor, PRIFI Building. The applicant will take the entrance examination on a preferred date.
Applicants aspiring for scholarship must secure the appropriate form. An average grade of 83% is required.
After having passed the entrance examination, the aspirant must submit the following:
- Form 137 (High School Report Card), Senior High School Certificate (preferably from STEM strand)
- Bridging Program, if not from STEM strand
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
FOR COLLEGE TRANSFEREES:
The applicant will have to take the entrance examination and must reach the required cut-off score. After having passed the entrance examination, the aspirant must submit the following:
- Certificate of Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)
- Transcript of Records (with remarks “COPY FOR PHILIPPINE REHABILITATION
INSTITUTE FOUNDATION, INC.”) - PSA (formerly NSO) Issued Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Course Credit Application Form
- For Filipino students who studied abroad, a copy of the Transcript of Records/Scholastic
Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)/Philippine
Embassy in their country of origin must be submitted.
FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS:
The PRIFI has been granted the authority to accept foreign students by the Bureau of Immigration with AAFS No. ADD 01-176.
Rules and regulations for foreign students need to be complied with prior to the start of admission procedures.
- Commission on Higher Education (CHED) endorsement to transfer of school
- Photocopy of valid passport (photo page and last 3 pages) and student’s visa
- Photocopy of current I-card
